Ozarks Fresh grass fed & grass finished beef & lamb, and our pastured pork are all sustainably raised in the Mansfield, MO area on our family farm. You will be purchasing a side or a whole animal from us; you are responsible for paying the processor, placing your cut order, and picking up your meat at the processor. It will be frozen. We use Gibson Packing in Seymour, MO. They vacuum seal everything except for ground meat and saucage, which is in bags.

We raise our cattle in Mansfield, MO on grass pasture 100% of the time. They are never fed corn or given growth hormones. No antibiotics are given either. All of our pastures are chemical free.
$500 deposit per side (or half), with the remainder of $4/lb on the hanging weight due after butcher and before pickup. Expect a hanging weight in the 300-350 lb range for a side of beef. When purchasing a side of beef, you are responsible for putting in your cut order with the processor, paying the processor, and picking up your meat.

Our pastured pork is raised in large wooded areas where they are able to eat grass, root around, and eat acorns in addition to the feed we custom mix for them.
Waitlist is open $300 deposit per side (or half), with the remainder of $1.90/lb on the LIVE weight due before pickup. Live weight should be between 265-320 lbs. When purchasing a side of pork, you are responsible for putting in your cut order with the processor, paying the processor, and picking up your meat.

Our grassfed sheep are raised alongside our cattle. They are also grassfed and grass finished, and never given growth hormones or antibiotics.
