Share of Grassfed Beef

We raise our cattle in Mansfield, MO on grass pasture 100% of the time. They are never fed corn or given growth hormones. No antibiotics are given either. All of our pastures are chemical free.

One Quarter Share of Beef (Deposit)

$400 deposit per quarter, with the remainder or the hanging weight cost and your portion of the processing cost due at pickup. Expect approximately 90-100 lbs of cuts per quarter. The total price will be $3.75/lb of hanging weight plus 1/4 of the processing cost.

10 lbs Share - Ground Beef

$60 per 10lb share, with the amount due for processing paid at pickup.

14 lbs Share of Beef - 1 Roast, the rest Ground Beef

$84 per 14lb share, with the amount due for processing paid at pickup.

Side of Grassfed Beef

One Side of Beef (Deposit)

$500 deposit per side (or half), with the remainder of $3.75/lb on the hanging weight due after butcher and before pickup. Expect a hanging weight in the 300-350 lb range for a side of beef. When purchasing a side of beef, you are responsible for putting in your cut order with the processor, paying the processor, and picking up your meat.

Pastured Pork

Our pastured pork is raised in large wooded areas where they are able to eat grass, root around, and eat acorns in addition to the feed we custom mix for them.

One Half Share of Pork (Deposit)

Waitlist is Open $250 deposit per 1/2. The total cost will be $3.50/lb hanging weight plus your share of the processing fees. Expect 60-80 lbs of cuts per half.

Grassfed Lamb

Our grassfed sheep are raised alongside our cattle. They are also grassfed and grass finished, and never given growth hormones or antibiotics.

One Half Share of Lamb (Deposit)

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. $100 deposit per half due before butcher, with the remainder of $4.25/lb on the live weight due at pickup if you are picking up at the farm, or before pickup if you pick it up directily from the butcher shop in Norwood, MO. Live weight should be between 90-105 lbs.
